I ordered two boxes of cookies and selected the option to ship to multiple addresses. Once I placed the order, I never received any kind of order confirmation. I tried their customer service number-it does not work. I also emailed the two email addresses I could find at least 10 times over the next few days. They charged my card but were impossible to contact. I’d paid for 2 day shipping. Finally after 4 days, the cookies showed up on my door step—not to the two separate, out of town addresses I’d mailed them to. I tried the phone and email many more times to no avail. My last option was to report fraud to my CC. Don’t use their website. I’m not sure any humans even work here.

Delivery was not on time even when paid extra and there was no note letting the recipient know who the pkg was from. When I tried to contact, I am not contacted back. I see that other reviews on here gave poor reviews on these same issues but it shows up as 5 stars. I just wanted to note that I am giving 1 star.

I have used GAC many times in the past. I ordered cookies for a gift on 11/20, the order was confirmed, but I never received any notifications after that. Upon looking up the order status on 11/27, it simply said "fulfilled" with no date. Never that it shipped. I never received tracking or confirmation it was delivered. I finally received an email from customer service on 11/28 telling me it was delivered. Frustrating.
