After you place your order, you will see an order confirmation screen that contains your order number and details. This will confirm that your order has successfully been placed. You will also receive several emails including order confirmation, when your order has been shipped and when it has been delivered.
Orders placed before 6am are baked and shipped on the same day to ensure freshness. Orders submitted after 6am will ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 6am on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday and will ship that day. Orders do not ship on Holidays. All orders expected to ship on a Holiday will ship the next business day. Depending on the type of shipping selected, you can anticipate the delivery of your order in 2-3 days after your order is confirmed.
All packages are shipped via FedEx, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases. We offer Next Day and 2 Day service to business and residential addresses in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not require a signature to release your order. We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to situations out of our control like weather which could delay your shipment.

We pack orders in two sizes of boxes (small and medium): one dozen per small box and two dozen per medium box. Example: If you order 5 dozen, you will receive 2 medium boxes of 2 dozen and 1 small box of a single dozen.
Yes, you can place one order and have them shipped to up to 10 different addresses. On the checkout, page, check the box in the Recipient Information that says "Do you want to ship to multiple addresses?" This will allow you to add multiple addresses and allocate which item should get shipped to each address. You can also add separate gift notes for each address.

Yes, you can pick up a gift box if your local store is a participating location. To determine if they are participating, select “Pick Up In Store” from the home screen and then search for your preferred location.
Gift boxes are available for pick up at local participating locations only. You will be redirected to our store locations page to search for the location most convenient for you. You can enter a zip code or city, state. Once you identify your preferred location, click “Order Online” to proceed. Please select “Gift Box” on the left side of the ordering screen.
Our products contain eggs, milk, soy, and wheat. They are also baked in a facility that produces items containing tree nuts and peanuts. If your gift recipient has a nut allergy, we recommend that our products are not consumed.
At this time, orders for gift boxes that are shipped to a recipient are not eligible for rewards. However, online orders placed for local pick up are eligible for our rewards program as long as you sign into your account.

VI. GFG FRANCHISEE INFORMATION
Visitors to the Sites who may be interested in receiving information on becoming a franchisee of any of our brands may visit the “Franchise Info” portion of our Sites, which directs the visitor to the Global Franchise Website (“Franchisee Site”).
Information We Collect. Visitors to the Franchisee Site may request franchise information in addition that available on the Franchisee Site by completing the Express Request Form found under “Request Franchise Information” for each brand. The Express Request Form requires the name, address, email address, and phone number of interested parties, along with information relevant to franchise opportunities such as net worth, available investment amount and preferred location.
Site visitors desiring to apply for a GFG franchise may complete the Franchise Application located on the Franchisee Site. This application by necessity requires the submission of a considerable amount of personal information, including personal financial information, including without limitation: name, address, email, birthdate, Social Security Number, spouse’s name, birthdate and Social Security Number, financial asset descriptions and amounts, information regarding citizenship or resident alien status, employment history, criminal record, and information relative to credit history such as past or current bankruptcy or litigation.
