Poor customer service
Delivery was not on time even when paid extra and there was no note letting the recipient know who the pkg was from. When I tried to contact, I am not contacted back. I see that other reviews on here gave poor reviews on these same issues but it shows up as 5 stars. I just wanted to note that I am giving 1 star.
Lack of Notification
I have used GAC many times in the past. I ordered cookies for a gift on 11/20, the order was confirmed, but I never received any notifications after that. Upon looking up the order status on 11/27, it simply said "fulfilled" with no date. Never that it shipped. I never received tracking or confirmation it was delivered. I finally received an email from customer service on 11/28 telling me it was delivered. Frustrating.
It was easy to order! I was kept informed of delivery! They arrived on time, and the receipentent says they are delicious!! Thank you! I will be back!!!

Customer service ****** for the cookies were good
I ordered the cookies to be delivered at my wife’s new job as a surprise for my wife to share with her new coworkers. The date she will be in her new office changed but I was unable to change the delivery date. The only phone number I found for customer service was constantly busy. I had no way to reach them to change the date of delivery. Not from their website, not from the only phone number I could fine by doing a Google search nor by calling a local store asking for help. Though my wife says the cookies were good, they were not worth the $80 I spent.
