I love your cookies and I am mad that you all have closed down a lot of locations so now my only option is to ship and now I can never really lose my points. My main piece of advise though is that I think you should give the option to allow customers to pick the cookies that they like to order instead of just laying out different options. Me personally I only wanted M&M, chocolate chip and sugar but I had to get the double chocolate because it was a great deal.

The cookies and frosting were okay but the shipping service was HORRIBLE FEDEX left it out at the STREET!!! They did not bring it to the porch or ring the doorbell. The cookies rebaked in the heat. What’s wrong with FEDEX and why can’t people do their jobs. They were in the hot sunny heat for hours. There were 9 people inside the house that would have gladly answered the door! Because of the horrible shipping company only giving 2 stars. Would have given 5 if they had of put it on the porch and rang the doorbell and the cookies and frosting had not been in the sun for hours. We received a double doozie kit a week ago and loved it but FEDEX put it on our porch at least, but they NEVER RANG THE DOORBELL. We just happen to see the man walk off the porch. You need to speak with FedEx. They use to be great but they are getting very lazy and sloppy!
