Delivery and Returns

 

We take pride in baking each order fresh daily Monday through Friday. However, our shipping partners are experiencing higher volumes of orders due to Covid-19, so there could be slight shipping delays. If there is a problem with your order, please contact [email protected] with your name and order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Orders placed before 6am are baked and shipped on the same day to ensure freshness. Orders submitted after 6am will ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 6am on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday and will ship that day. Orders do not ship on Holidays. All orders expected to ship on a Holiday will ship the next business day. Depending on the type of shipping selected, you can anticipate the delivery of your order in 2-3 days after your order is confirmed.

 

All packages are shipped via FedEx, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases. We offer Next Day and 2 Day service to business and residential addresses in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not require a signature to release your order. We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to situations out of our control like weather which could delay your shipment.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Prior to submitting your order, please ensure the shipping address is correct.
