Monthly subscription boxes ship out right away for your first order and then ship the first week of every month.

Yes, if you are on a monthly reoccurring subscription, you may pause your subscription before 11:59pm PST on the last day of the month. Please login into your account to modify your subscription.

Login to your account and click “Payment Methods.” You can delete any existing payment and add a new payment method.

Your payment will be charged immediately for prepaid subscription plans. For recurring monthly the charge will be on the first Tuesday of every month.

Visit send.greatamericancookies.com. On the top right-hand corner of the page, click “My Account.”

Enter your email and password, then click “Log In.”

Monthly reoccurring subscriptions can be cancelled before 11:59pm PST on the last day of the month. Please login into your account to cancel your subscription. 3, 6 or 12 month prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled.
