I placed an order on 8-25-2024 and chose the arrival date to be 8-29-24. It is 9-2-24, still no cookies. This was also supposed to be my friend's birthday gift. I tried emailing multiple times, but no one is responding back to me. My order also says "your order is waiting to be processed" ...
