We have two options - 3 pack and 6 pack. Each sundae bar kit includes your choice of 3 or 6 toppings/syrups, a branded ice cream scoop, and sundae cups.

Currently, you can choose from chocolate chips, Oreo cookie pieces, pecans, M&Ms Candies and carnival sprinkles. Our syrup options include fudge and caramel. We will plan to add more options in the future.

Yes, you can select your preferred toppings and syrups to make your customized sundae bar. The Sundae Bar Kit 3 Pack comes with one syrup and your can select two toppings. The Sundae Bar Kit 6 Pack comes with two syrups and you can select four toppings.

Ice cream is not included in the sundae bar kit. Each kit comes with a coupon that can redeemed at a local Marble Slab Creamery to purchase our handmade, small batch ice cream. The offer is Buy 2 quarts, get 1 free. Or you can always use the ice cream that you currently have in your freezer.

Currently, we cannot accept Marble Slab Creamery gift cards to ship sundae bar kits. You can use the gift cards to purchase ice cream at your nearest Marble Slab location.

Yes, you can select the date you would like your sundae bar kit to arrive on the product page or during check out. You can schedule up to 3 months in the future.

To ensure freshness, sealed mix-ins can be stored for 4 months. Once opened, best consumed within 30 days.
For maximum preservation, product should be maintained in a cool dry place below 75o F.

Yes, we designed the containers to be used for serving. Each container is labeled with the topping name. Simply remove the protective wrapping, unscrew the lid and serve!

Yes, once you are in the Payment section at checkout, you will be able to add a message to your recipient that will be included on the shipping label.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Prior to submitting your order, please ensure the shipping address is correct.

After you place your order, you will see an order confirmation screen that contains your order number and details. This will confirm that your order has successfully been placed. You will also receive several emails including order confirmation, when your order has been shipped and when it has been delivered.

Orders placed before 6am are shipped on the same day to ensure freshness. Orders submitted after 6am will ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 6am on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday and will ship that day. Orders do not ship on Holidays. All orders expected to ship on a Holiday will ship the next business day. Depending on the type of shipping selected, you can anticipate the delivery of your order in 2-3 days after your order is confirmed.

Once you order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Click the number in that email to track progress.

Sundae Bar Kits include free Two Day Business shipping. All packages are shipped via FedEx, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases. We offer Next Day and 2 Day service to business and residential addresses in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not require a signature to release your order. We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to situations out of our control like weather which could delay your shipment.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping but can ship within the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii.

Marble Slab Creamery does not offer returns nor accepts refunds for orders that have been processed and shipped. If there is a problem with your order, please contact [email protected] with your name and order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

We strive to ensure each order is shipped to your satisfaction. However, if your order was incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your name, order number and issue with your order. We will be happy to help resolve the issue.

At checkout you can ship to multiple addresses by clicking "Do you want to ship to multiple addresses?" under recepient information.

At this time, orders for our kits that are shipped to a recipient are not eligible for rewards. However, online orders placed for local pick up are eligible for our rewards program as long as you sign into your account.
