Are the cookies really baked fresh?
Yes, all of our cookies begin with homemade recipes using the finest ingredients. Each of our premium treats is hand-scooped and baked fresh daily from dough that is never frozen.
Can I add a message with my delivery?
Yes, once you are in the Payment section, you will be able to add a message to your recipient that will be included on the shipping label.
Can I change the delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. Prior to submitting your order, please ensure the shipping address is correct.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order, you will see an order confirmation screen that contains your order number and details. This will confirm that your order has successfully been placed. You will also receive several emails including order confirmation, when your order has been shipped and when it has been delivered.
Can I change the date of my order’s delivery?
Currently, we cannot make modifications to delivery dates. To ensure the cookies arrive fresh, we bake and ship when your order is placed.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 6am are baked and shipped on the same day to ensure freshness. Orders submitted after 6am will ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 6am on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday and will ship that day. Orders do not ship on Holidays. All orders expected to ship on a Holiday will ship the next business day. Depending on the type of shipping selected, you can anticipate the delivery of your order in 2-3 days after your order is confirmed.
How does shipping work?
All packages are shipped via FedEx, therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We offer Next Day and 2 Day service to business and residential addresses in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not require a signature to release your order. We strive to ensure your order is delivered on time but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to situations out of our control like weather which could delay your shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping but can ship within the United States, including Alaska & Hawaii.
What is the return or refund policy?
Great American Cookies does not offer returns nor accepts refunds for orders that have been processed and shipped. If there is a problem with your order, please contact GACcustomerservice@gfgmanagement.com with your name and order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
We strive to ensure each order is baked and shipped to your satisfaction. However, if your order was incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt by emailing GACcustomerservice@gfgmanagement.com with your name, order number and issue with your order. We will be happy to help resolve the issue.
If I order multiple boxes, how will my order ship?
We pack orders in two sizes of boxes (small and medium): one dozen per small box and two dozen per medium box. Example: If you order 5 dozen, you will receive 2 medium boxes of 2 dozen and 1 small box of a single dozen.
Can I send gift boxes to multiple addresses?
Currently, you can only send gift boxes to one address. If you desire to send to multiple addresses, please contact us at GACcustomerservice@gfgmanagement.com for assistance.
There is a Great American Cookies store in my area, can I pick up there?
Yes, you can pick up a gift box if your local store is a participating location. To determine if they are participating, select “Pick Up In Store” from the home screen and then search for your preferred location.
Why do I get redirected to a different website to pick up from a local store?
Gift boxes are available for pick up at local participating locations only. You will be redirected to our store locations page to search for the location most convenient for you. You can enter a zip code or city, state. Once you identify your preferred location, click “Order Online” to proceed. Please select “Gift Box” on the left side of the ordering screen.
Why is the store pick up price different than online ordering?
Each Great American Cookies store is independently owned and operated and therefore prices may vary.
I have a nut allergy. Can I order your cookies?
Our products contain eggs, milk, soy, and wheat. They are also baked in a facility that produces items containing tree nuts and peanuts. If your gift recipient has a nut allergy, we recommend that our products are not consumed.
Can I earn rewards with a purchase of a gift box?
At this time, orders for gift boxes that are shipped to a recipient are not eligible for rewards. However, online orders placed for local pick up are eligible for our rewards program as long as you sign into your account.
